January 23, 2019 - LONG BEACH, Calif.—The California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools (CAPPS) recently recognized North-West College (NWC) student Mary Smith as the recipient of the 2018 Norma Ford Memorial Scholarship. Open to nursing students at any CAPPS member school, the award honors the late Norma Ford’s more than 28 years of service in the private career school sector.

The knighthood, which Fuerst received at the September 22 Investiture at the Waldorf-Astoria in Beverly Hills, also recognizes the President’s unwavering dedication to giving back to the communities the Colleges serve.
